Point Venture is a master planned community located in western Travis County, Texas on the north shore of Lake Travis.  The Property Owners Association owns a total of 248.90 acres, maintained by the POA staff.

The village was developed by the Venture Development Company in 1970.  The village has 1,122 lots/homes and includes townhomes, median priced housing, and large custom homes.  Most lakefront homes have direct access to the lake and the option of private docks.  

POA office complex is located next to the community pool on Venture Blvd S.  A club room, available for property owners to reserve, is also located in the office complex.   This room boasts a wood burning fireplace, performance stage, projection screen, and full kitchen with an ice machine.  A perfect room for special occasions!

The POA maintains many amenities available for property owners and their guests.  These include a park with a playground, pavilion, sand volleyball court, basketball court, boat ramps, and disc golf course.  The marina, pool, golf course, gym, library, tennis and pickle ball courts are also maintained by the POA.  More information on each can be found under Living Here in the Amenities section.
