Point Venture Gym

Get in a great workout in the Point Venture Gym.  Boost your cardiovascular endurance on one of our treadmills, recumbent bike, elliptical machines, or rowing machine.  Or improve your strength using free weights or any of the many weight machines.  

The Point Venture gym is located next to the Point Venture Townhouse office in the POA office complex located at 555 Venture Blvd S.

Open daily from 4:00 AM to 10:00 PM

Rules

• A valid access card is required to enter the gym area.
• The maximum number of guests that can accompany an individual who possesses a valid access card into the gym area is two (2). 
• A courtesy patrol guard may ask to any individual for their valid access card and to inquire who is their guest(s) at any time while in the gym.
• All equipment should be wiped down before using any equipment.  Sanitary wipes are provided by the association.  Please utilize them.
• Be courteous to those around you. Sharing equipment provides a healthy environment for everyone.
• Please wear ear buds or headphones if you prefer to listen to music while you work out.
• Shirts and shoes are required.
• Do NOT dead drop weights.  
• If you use any free weights you MUST return them to the weight rack.
• Report all equipment issues to the POA office (512) 267-1128 ext. 1.
