Point Venture Marina

The marina is for the use of property owners leasing slips from the POA.  All other watercraft using our marina will be towed away at the violator's expense.​

Rules

• Comply with all NO WAKE buoys!
• NO FISHING OR SWIMMING is allowed on, around or from any part of the marina, its walkways or Ship's Store at any time day or night.
• Parking around the floating restaurant is for patrons of the restaurant ONLY.
• Point Venture POA does not allow the dock/marina to be used by individuals or companies to load/unload passengers who have rented watercraft or captain services, other than through LiquidThrillz.  All violators will be subject to criminal trespass. ​

Leasing a Slip

• Contact the Point Venture POA office if you are interest in leasing a slip in the marina.  Because the number of slips is limited to 158 boat slips and the marina is currently at capacity, your name will be placed on a waiting list.  
• The POA will contact you when your name is at the top of the list and a slip becomes available.
• Owning a home in Point Venture does NOT guarantee you will have a slip in the marina.
• No daily/weekly rentals or subletting is allowed.

Marina Fees

• ​24' x 10'     $3195 annually
• 30' x 12'     $4617 annually
• 30' x 14'     $5307 annually
• 36' x 16'     $7104 annually ​
