The Point Venture Property Owners Association (PV POA) is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, who are elected by their fellow property owners. The management staff is comprised of paid employees who work on-site at the PV POA Administration office, led by the General Manager. Support staff includes Member Services Manager, Maintenance Manager, Certified Public Pool Operator/Maintenance Crew, part-time Maintenance Assistants, Marina Maintenance Crew, part-time Patrol Guards, and Golf Course employees. The PV POA maintains all recreational facilities and commonly owned landscaped areas. We also enforce the rules and regulations, known as Deed Restrictions, publish a newsletter and provide various member services.
What Your Assessments Cover
Income is derived from monthly assessments, which are mandatory upon ownership of property within the community. Point Venture property owners are members of the PV POA.
Monthly assessments pay for the upkeep and maintenance of all the common areas including:
Park A 60.98 acre park that includes a play scape area, pavilion, two boat ramps, one courtesy dock, volleyball court, basketball court, and the disc golf course. The park includes beach access.
Marina The marina is 90.63 acres and includes:
99,662 sq ft of docks, slips, walkways, wave attenuators, bridges, 108 winches and anchoring system
154 boat slips available for lease to members in good standing
14,485 sq ft floating restaurant, dining decks, ship store, fuel dock and 26 guest slips
Office Complex The office complex and pool make up 11.43 acres. The office complex is 21,849 sq ft office complex that includes:

One trailer storage yard, including 40 spaces
One trailer/board storage yards, includes 34 spaces
Pool The PV POA pool includes a Junior Olympic size pool, 1,500 sq ft pool house and cabana.
Golf Course The golf course consists of 73.53 acres. It includes a 9-hole course, putting green, driving range and state of the art instructional building.
Tennis Courts/Pickleball Courts Tennis and pickleball courts are also maintained by the POA. These include four courts, making up 1.43 acres, with lights and stadium seating.
Guard House The guard house sits at the front entrance of the village. The guard house, the entrance sign, and the medians are also maintained by the POA.
Common Property/Green Belts All green belt and other common property are also maintained by the POA staff.
Roads The PV POA paid for the installation and maintenance of the roads in Point Venture. All roads are now maintained by Point Venture Village. Please contact the Point Venture Village Offices at (512) 267-5511 for road maintenance issues.
The PVPOA has 13 separate sections, each with their own deed restrictions.
